While walking along the park in the quaint town center of Puerto Natales, Chile, we passed by Don Jorge, a charming restaurant and inexplicably found ourselves drawn in by the beautiful sight of lamb grilling upright in the window. We had to survey their menu immediately.

Upon entering, we found an amazing, dimly light, romantic environment that smelled divine and promised an exquisite and memorable dining experience. Soup was followed by salmon and lamb that exceeded expectation. Don Jorge, chef Fredy Mancilla and the staff was friendly, polite and attentive.

Don Jorge en Español 🇨🇱

Mientras paseábamos por el parque en el pintoresco centro de la ciudad de Puerto Natales, Chile, pasamos por Don Jorge, un encantador restaurante e inexplicablemente nos sentimos atraídos por la hermosa vista del cordero asado en la ventana. Tuvimos que estudiar su menú de inmediato.

Al entrar, encontramos un ambiente romántico increíblemente tenue, levemente iluminado que olía divino y prometía una experiencia gastronómica exquisita y memorable. La sopa fue seguida por salmón y cordero que excedieron las expectativas. Don Jorge, chef Fredy Mancilla y el personal era amable, educado y atento.
