Rumbling down the road to Hana in Maui, Hawaii, in our four-speed, hot rod buggy was an experience we will never forget. 620 curves and 59 one-lane bridges lead travelers along the eastern coastline to the beautiful town of Hana. The 55-mile tour, Hawaii’s most famous drive, leads past breathtaking waterfalls and pools, including Twin Falls, Wailea Overlook and Waikani Falls. Highway 360 provides countless photo opportunities around many hairpin turns, so allow ample time for sightseeing.
The destination for many travelers is the Haleakala National Park, which features two epic hikes and offers views of the Pools of Ohe’o, Makahiku Falls, Bamboo Forest and Waimoku Falls. If you’re up for the road to Hana, then you’re up for an adventure.
